I’m 25, and I’m quitting my job to start my own business and finally believe in myself. I have nothing to lose — no house, no career ladder, no kids… Honestly, it feels like the perfect moment to take a shot.
I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I dreamed of becoming a fashion designer. Over the years, I explored different creative paths, always chasing that feeling of expression.
Eventually, I joined a prep course in applied arts. I loved it. For the first time, I could picture myself living off my art — imagining that “perfect future.”
But in reality, I didn’t know how to express myself in a structured way. I hadn’t found my style yet… and honestly, I didn’t know where to start.
Drifting Away
I went on to study interior design, but over time, the projects became more technical, more rigid… almost scientific. And slowly, I felt like I was drifting away from what truly mattered to me.
So one day, I made a big decision: I left school. I needed time to figure things out — what I really wanted, and how to make it real.
Building Something
Two years. That’s how long it took me to create I Draw Flowers. Two years filled with questions.
Can you really live off your art? Will people like it? And if they like it… will they actually buy it?
I never stopped dreaming about my ideal life, but dreaming alone isn’t enough. Now, I’m in the “let’s make it happen” phase — and honestly, I love it.
I have no idea what I’m doing. Everything is new, everything is unknown. But I’m learning, experimenting, and just… moving forward.
Fear & Growth
I’m naturally anxious, so yes — sometimes it’s overwhelming. It’s easy to think, “maybe I should just quit.”
When you pour your heart into something and nothing sells, doubt creeps in fast. Will I stick with it long enough to succeed?
Luckily, I’ve always had my family supporting me. They believe in me no matter what.
But now, I’m learning to rely on myself… and maybe one day, they’ll be able to rely on me too.
Big Changes
I’m still tied to a work contract until August 2026. And as if starting a business wasn’t enough, I’ve also decided to move to a new city — closer to my family.
Big changes ahead… and honestly, I can’t wait.
For those following me on Instagram, yes — Kleo is coming with me. 🐾 After years of shared apartments, the idea of finally living alone with my dog feels like a dream.
A New Discipline
Starting this project makes me want to organize my life. To actually follow through on goals I usually abandon — working out, eating better, becoming a stronger version of myself.
I’m ready to take this seriously.
Learning Everything
With I Draw Flowers, I’m now creating visuals that make my products stand out, hoping you’ll like, share… or maybe even buy.
For a long time, I focused only on creating — and ignored sharing. Definitely not the smartest move.
Now I’m diving into content creation too… and honestly, it’s way harder than I expected.
Juggling all these roles can feel confusing sometimes. But I’m exploring, learning, and slowly finding my place.
Step by step… I’m making it happen.
